Extruded Zinc Anodes
The extruded ribbon anode is commonly used in buried applications as well as in fresh or salt water environments. Cast and extruded zinc anodes should not be used in environments that consist of extremely alkaline (above 9.2 pH), acidic (below 5 pH), or high temperature (above 140°F) electrolytes.
