Insulation Joints
Insulation joint is a general designation of pipeline joint, which has perfect sealing, strength and insulating property. Usually it contains combinations, insulation panels, packing, seal ring, short tube and so on. It can replace insulation flange.

②Combination steel body: 16Mn JB4726 ASTM A694 F52、F60 or other demands
③Short stub: 20#  16Mn GB8163-99 X70  X65  X60  X52  X52  X42  API SPEC.5L or other demands
④Sealing material: O-rings, fluororubber, nitrile group butadiene rubber or other demands
⑤Backfill materials: cold curing resin, which has enough compressive strength
⑥Insulating paint: liquid epoxy resin
⑦Anticorrosive material: pyrocondensation sleeve (belt), polyester coatings and other anticorrosive materials
