Jilin-changchun product oil pipeline project is supporting projects, ten million tons refinery project invested to reduce product oil supply tension in changchun region, is the "twelfth five-year" national key construction projects. The first project intends to contract to build the project by the pipeline company, after the completion, pipelines will by changchun lost oil and gas pipeline company branch operations management.

The  pipeline designed is 168 km , the design throughput is 2.45 million tons, pipeline across the total set in changchun, jilin first, at the end of the station yard and eight line block valve chamber, including control valve chamber 2. Pipeline crossing four  large and medium-sized rivers, 5000 meters lengths, through the 19 of iron (highway) road. The pipeline and long pipeline parallel 24 km, with 118 kilometers long ji pipeline parallel.
